All transactions on the nurstar app platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings in accordance with Philippine law.
Deposits are subject to verification and may be declined if the payment method cannot be confirmed or is associated with fraudulent activity. nurstar app reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity of the account holder and the ownership of the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed according to the platform's current withdrawal policy. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used. nurstar app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Players must not use the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud. Any suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities, and associated accounts will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

nurstar app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if:

- Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected.
- The account holder provides false registration details.
- Regulatory requirements or applicable law necessitate such action.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be assessed in accordance with the circumstances of the closure. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or policy violations may be forfeited.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the nurstar app platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the property of nurstar app or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
